Repic beach is just 50 metres away from the house and is the only sizeable beach on this side of Mallorca. It’s safe for bathing and is sandy with a stony part where the small river from the mountains finds the sea. Behind the beach is a beautiful esplanade lined with Palm trees, shops and restaurants.

There are many excellent restaurants in the port all within walking distance. We have tried most of them and never been disappointed with a meal yet. The restaurant on the beach a few yards away does delicious paella if you give them some warning (or you can take it home and eat it on your terrace watching the world go by below you.

AGAPANTO is another restaurant on the water's edge - it is at the far end of Repic beach and is very romantic as you have dinner by candlelight overlooking the sea and listening to the waves breaking. Tel: 971 63 38 60

It is difficult to single out any particular restaurant as they all offer a very good menu and service and there are many of them. There is a Chinese and an Indian restaurant beside Repic beach if you fancy something a little different they provide a take-away service.

If you decide you would like to eat in Soller Town there are several restaurants and bars round the square and more in the town itself that serve traditional meals. The local wine is good too. You can take the tram to Soller so you don’t have to drive. It runs every 15 minutes.
